I managed to take one good photo of my makeup on a day where I was just NOT feeling it. Hence my killer RBF and brooding bruise-colored mouth.
I used Kevyn Aucoin's Sensual Skin Enhancer for the first time in this look. It's a highly revered cult item, and Kevyn Aucoin is a major name in the makeup world, rest his soul. The SSE has a creamy, thick consistency and is incredibly high coverage. You can mix it with foundation or use it as a concealer, or even mix it with other products to enhance their coverage. I bought a few samples from Camera Ready Cosmetics just to try it out, and while I loved it, my skin did not. It broke me out a day later, so after using it twice I surrendered it to my kit. WOMP WOMP.
Also, Boyfriend Stealer by MAC is one of my favorite new lipsticks. It came out a couple months ago in their Dark Desires collection, which obviously ensnared me with its devilishly tempting tagline. Cremesheens do have a tendency to feather a bit, which I don't much fancy but I love the color!
