Not much to say. Lips chapped to hell so I've been using plain balm for the last few days to moisturize the dry, cracked skin. Lipstick looks bad on textured, dry skin.
Speaking of chapped, my normally oily, supple skin has succumbed to winter dryness, especially with the subzero temperatures and winds as of late. The Hourglass hydrating primer I use is amazing but I've been supplementing with some of Cover FX's neroli hydrating drops to keep the dryness away. I have four different types of their custom drops, and neroli is used for extra boosts of hydration. I mix in a couple drops with my foundation before buffing it into the skin. It really helps!
From here I just keep the focus on perfecting the skin and adding flushes of color to liven up the dead winter blues. Shimmering products impart glow, blush gives hints of rosiness and blood flow and bronzer implies kisses of sun. Top it off with structured brows, winged liner and neutral shadows to keep it simple.
