OCC Lip Tar Primer
OCC Lip Tar in Pagan, Sebastian
I was inspired by a Linda Hallberg photo I saw on Instagram. She's one of my favorite artists. The lip color she sported really stuck with me.
I mixed Sebastian lip tar (which is a plum-grey-taupe) with some of the Pagan (matte black-purple) and got this dope mid-toned purple. Admittedly, Sebastian doesn't look great on its own against my skin, so I use it as a mixing color.
Then came glitter eyes because OBVIOUSLY. Did a simple cat eye with the Cher sparkly business up in the inner corner through the mid lash line, and used some favorite Sigma shadows to create a smokey eye.
